Summary of minutes

1. Water bills doubled last year, we suspect there is a water leak somewhere on the grounds, and we need to investigate
2. Bar profits are causing concern, it was suggested that spirits prices are too low, may be increased.
3. The club has been offered a full page advertisement in the Teme Valley times for £99,, Archery club could have a section of it.
4. Skittles league will be organised next month. I said the Archery club may like to put in a team (8 players to be available Tues / wed evenings through the winter. I’ll put up info at the culb for anyone interested )
5. 5 new members (4 from AoT) Date for our renewal of subscriptions is April 2012
6. Football pre-season training starts July ish, I put in a request to avoid Wed evenings
7. Date of next meeting: Mon 4th July 8.00pm
